ORCHARDWORLD ‘SOCIAL MEDIA GIVEAWAYS’

You can enter the OrchardWorld ‘Social Media Giveaways’ (the “Promotion”) by liking, sharing and following on the Orchardworld Facebook, Instagram or Twitter monthly ‘Giveaway’ posts.

 

THE PROMOTER

The Promoter of this Promotion is OrchardWorld LTD, 790 The Crescent, Colchester, C04 9YQ (the “Promoter”). The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to this Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

 

ENTRY ELIGIBILITY

  • The Promotion is only open to residents of Great Britain and Northern Ireland aged 18 or over.

  • Participation in the Promotion will require internet access.​

 

HOW TO ENTER & THE DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES

2024 will see a new promotion set up, with seven promotions running altogether. Each promotion will be open and closed from different points within the year in order to deliver the prizes before the intended event. Please see the list below.

 

Valentine’s Day - post from 9am, 5th January 2024, closing midnight 1st February 2024

Mothers Day - post from 9am, 5th Feb 24, closing midnight 28th Feb 24

Health and Beauty Hamper - post from 9am, 4th March 24, closing Midnight 21st April 24

Fathers Day - post from 9am, 29th April 24, closing midnight 6th June 24

Festival Day Hamper - post from 9am, 10th June 24, closing midnight 19th August 24

Halloween Hamper - post from 9am, 2nd Sept 24, closing midnight 17th Oct 24

Festive Hamper - post from 9am, 28th Oct 24, closing 3rd Dec 24

Requirements of entry are to simply like, follow and share, tagging 4 friends in the comments section on the OrchardWorld Facebook, Instagram or Twitter monthly giveaway post. This will automatically enter you into the competition. Please note that it will only be this monthly post that allows you to be automatically entered into the competition by following the above criteria. Other posts submitted within that month are exempt from this competition.

  • The closing date for entries are as per stated above. Only entries made within the timescale mentioned above against the ‘Giveaway’ posts will be eligible for the prize. Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible for the Promotion.

  • OrchardWorld's Instagram, Facebook and Twitter accounts are the only way to enter the competition.

  • No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of entries.

  • The company reserves the right to withdraw the promotion at any time without notice to anyone who may have legitimately entered the draw and with no admission of any liability.

 

THE WINNERS AND PRIZE

The main prize will consist of:

 

  • A selection of OrchardWorld produce will be supplied along with some other branded items subject to availability and seasonality and will be at the complete discretion of OrchardWorld and contents could change at any time.

  • The items will be packed into an OrchardWorld branded/plain bag/box.

  • This will be boxed and delivered (by a courier chosen by OrchardWorld) to a destination on a ‘Next Day’ delivery on a date that has been determined by OrchardWorld pre-agreed and with the winner.

  • Each promotion OrchardWorld will advertise which option will be on offer for that particular promotion.

  • The winners will be contacted the following the closing date as per the Selection Process below.​

  • Winners will be picked out at random by a computer-generated random selector. 1 winner from each platform each month will be picked out and contacted. An email address will be requested so that a voucher can be sent with a step-by-step guide and a response is required with all the answers to the relevant questions.

  • The Winner will have 5 days from the date of the message notification to acknowledge their prize.

  • In the event that the Winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the Prize within 5 days, he/she shall forfeit the Prize and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to another competition entrant who shall be selected at random from the remaining entries.

  • The Prize is not transferable to another individual. Any transfer of a prize by the Winner will result in immediate disqualification.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value to the Prize

  • The Promoter shall publish the names and counties of residence of the Winner and on the OrchardWorld Consumer website and Social Media after written confirmation has been received.

  • The winners of the main Prize will be invited to participate in other marketing and promotional activities, and they will be contacted accordingly.

  • The Winner takes part in the Prize at their own risk and to the fullest extent possible in law the Promoter accepts no liability with regard to the Prize whatsoever. The Promoter will have no liability in relation to the conduct of the Winner or their guest(s) nor in connection with any circumstances outside its control with respect to the Prize. The Winner is subject to the policies and Terms and Conditions of any and all third parties involved in the fulfilment of the Prize.

  • The Promoter reserves the rights to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the Promotion at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control

 

DISQUALIFICATION

  • The Promoter reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to disqualify participants who it considers having not complied with any of these terms and conditions, or any participant who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this Promotion.

  • The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims and entries including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age and other relevant details of a participant and before accepting a claim or entry as being valid.

  • All the Promoter’s decisions relating to this Promotion are final and binding. No correspondence about the Promotion will be entered into.

  • If you agree to subscribe to the OrchardWorld newsletter on the Website, you opt-in to receive communications from OrchardWorld including newsletters or other marketing communications (“Opt-in Communications”). You can change your mind by ticking the unsubscribe box on any Opt-in Communication you receive from OrchardWorld.

  • Except as set out above, the Promoter will use any personal data submitted by the participant solely for the purpose of operating this Promotion and for no other purpose. To that extent, the Promoter may share such personal data with third parties involved with this Promotion. The Promoter will delete any personal data submitted by the participant after the end of the Promotion, save where the Promoter is permitted to retain it in order to comply with applicable law. JURISDICTION/APPLICABLE LAW

  • This Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By participating, the participants agree that any and all disputes regarding this Promotion will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

You can enter the OrchardWorld ‘Recipe/s’ competition (the “Promotion”) by simply adding your answers into the comments.

 

THE PROMOTER

The Promoter of this Promotion is OrchardWorld LTD, 790 The Crescent, Colchester, C04 9YQ (the “Promoter”). The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to this Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

 

ENTRY ELIGIBILITY

  • The Promotion is open to everyone using our social media channels.

  • Winners in the Promotion will require personal details to be taken in form of Name, Address, Email Address and Phone number.

  • Winners will be required to be added to the OrchardWorld Mailing List.

 

HOW TO ENTER & THE DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES

Requirements of entry are simply to pop your answer into the comments section. This will automatically enter you into the competition.

 

  • The opening date for entries is 9am on the 19th January 2024 and the closing date for entries Midnight on 14th February 2024.

  • The prize is exclusive to our ‘OrchardWorld Recipe’ competition only and not any other post shown on OrchardWorld social media platforms.

  • No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of entries.

  • The company reserves the right to withdraw the promotion at any time without notice to anyone who may have legitimately entered the draw and with no admission of any liability.

 

THE WINNERS AND PRIZE

The main prize will consist of:

 

  • 1 winner will be chosen from each of the OrchardWorld platforms (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) and will receive 1 x Red Letter Days Fun Family Experience Days Out voucher each.

  • This will be delivered (by a courier chosen by OrchardWorld) to a destination on a ‘Next Day’ delivery on a date that has been determined by OrchardWorld pre-agreed and with the winner.

  • The winners will be contacted on 15th February 24 as per the Selection Process below.

  • Winners will be picked out at random by a computer-generated random selector and messaged via social media to inform them of winning, and given an email address to contact in order to claim their prize.

  • The Winner will have 5 days from the date of the message notification to acknowledge their prize.

  • In the event that the Winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the Prize within 5 days, he/she shall forfeit the Prize and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to another competition entrant who shall be selected at random from the remaining entries.

You can enter the OrchardWorld ‘Build your own Bug Box’ competition (the “Promotion”) by simply copying the OrchardWorld design posted or creating your own version, then uploading it onto a form that can be found by using the link that drives you to OrchardWorld Website.

 

THE PROMOTER

The Promoter of this Promotion is OrchardWorld LTD, 790 The Crescent, Colchester, C04 9YQ (the “Promoter”). The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to this Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

 

ENTRY ELIGIBILITY

  • The Promotion is open to everyone using our social media channels.

  • Winners in the Promotion will require personal details to be taken in form of Name, Address, Email Address and Phone number.

  • Winners will be required to be added to the OrchardWorld Mailing List.

This will automatically enter you into the competition.

 

  • The opening date for entries is 9am on the 22nd February 2024 and the closing date for entries Midnight on 5th April 2024.

  • The prize is exclusive to our ‘OrchardWorld Build your own Bug Box’ competition only and not any other post shown on OrchardWorld social media platforms.

  • No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of entries.

  • The company reserves the right to withdraw the promotion at any time without notice to anyone who may have legitimately entered the draw and with no admission of any liability.

  • Competition entries are for ages 5 to 16 years inclusive only

 

THE WINNERS AND PRIZE

The main prize will consist of:

 

  • 1 outright winner will be chosen from all entries submitted within the deadline and will receive 1 x Red Letter Days Fun Family Experience Days Out voucher.

  •  This will be delivered (by a courier chosen by OrchardWorld) to a destination on a ‘Next Day’ delivery on a date that has been determined by OrchardWorld pre-agreed and with the winner.

  • The winners will be contacted on wk commencing 8th April 2024 as per the Selection Process below.

  • Winners entries will be assessed and an ultimate winner will be picked by the MD of OrchardWorld. The winner will then be emailed using the data provided on the populated form, to inform them of winning, and asked to contact the company by return to claim their prize.

  • The Winner will have 5 days from the date of the message notification to acknowledge their prize.
