OrchardWorld’s Summer Nectar Juice

INGREDIENTS

• 2 OrchardWorld Nectarines, pitted and chopped
• 250ml cold water
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• Ice, to serve

METHOD

Blend the nectarines, cold water and brown sugar until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve to remove the pulp, then pour over ice and serve immediately.
