ORCHARDWORLD ENTRY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You can enter the OrchardWorld ‘Fruit Face Owl’ competition (the “Promotion”) by simply copying the OrchardWorld design posted or creating your own version, then emailing it to marketing@orchardworld.co.uk


THE PROMOTER

The Promoter of this Promotion is OrchardWorld LTD, 790 The Crescent, Colchester, C04 9YQ (the “Promoter”). The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to this Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
 
ENTRY ELIGIBILITY

• The Promotion is an exclusive competition for school children attending the Suffolk School Farm and Country Fair event on Thursday 24th April.

• Winners in the Promotion will require personal details to be taken in form of Name, Address, Email Address and Phone number.

• Winners will be required to be added to the OrchardWorld Mailing List.

 
HOW TO ENTER & THE DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES

Requirements of entry are simply recreate the ‘Fruit Face Owl’ design that OrchardWorld posted or create your own version, then uploading emailing it to marketing@orchardworld.co.uk. This will automatically enter you into the competition.
 

• The opening date for entries is 9am on the 24th April 2025 and the closing date for entries Midnight on 6th May 2025.

• Please add the text into the ‘Subject Field’- Owl Competition, followed by an attachment of the Owl creation and Adult First Name and Surname, Childs First and Surname and telephone number.

• The prize is exclusive to our ‘OrchardWorld Fruit Face Owl’ competition only and not any other post shown on OrchardWorld social media platforms.

• No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of entries.

• The company reserves the right to withdraw the promotion at any time without notice to anyone who may have legitimately entered the draw and with no admission of any liability.

• Competition entries are for ages 7-9 years inclusive only

THE WINNERS AND PRIZE
 

The main prize will consist of:

• 1 outright winner will be chosen from all entries submitted within the deadline and will receive tickets for their household (2 adults and up to 4 children) for a one-day entry to Jimmy’s Farm, Suffolk. There is a 2nd and 3rd prize winner of a £20 Amazon Voucher.

•  This will be delivered (by a courier chosen by OrchardWorld) to a destination on a ‘Next Day’ delivery on a date that has been determined by OrchardWorld pre-agreed and with the winner.

• The winners will be contacted on the week commencing 12th May 2025 as per the Selection Process below.

• Winners entries will be assessed and an ultimate winner will be picked by the MD of OrchardWorld. The winner will then be emailed using the data provided in the email to inform them of winning, and asked to contact the company by return to claim their prize.

• The Winner will have 5 days from the date of the message notification to acknowledge their prize.

• In the event that the Winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the Prize within 5 days, he/she shall forfeit the Prize and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to another competition entrant who shall be selected at random from the remaining entries.

• The Prize is not transferable to another individual. Any transfer of a prize by the Winner will result in immediate disqualification.

• The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value to the Prize

• The Promoter shall publish the names and counties of residence of the Winner and on the OrchardWorld Consumer website and Social Media after written confirmation has been received.

• The Winner takes part in the Prize at their own risk and to the fullest extent possible in law the Promoter accepts no liability with regard to the Prize whatsoever. The Promoter will have no liability in relation to the conduct of the Winner or their guest(s) nor in connection with any circumstances outside its control with respect to the Prize. The Winner is subject to the policies and Terms and Conditions of any and all third parties involved in the fulfilment of the Prize.

• The Promoter reserves the rights to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the Promotion at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control​

 
DISQUALIFICATION

• The Promoter reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to disqualify participants who it considers have not complied with any of these terms and conditions, or any participant who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this Promotion.

• The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims and entries including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age and other relevant details of a participant and before accepting a claim or entry as being valid.

• All the Promoter’s decisions relating to this Promotion are final and binding. No correspondence about the Promotion will be entered into.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

• If you decide at a later date you would not like to agree to subscribe to the OrchardWorld newsletter, you can change your mind by ticking the unsubscribe box on any Opt-in Communication you receive from OrchardWorld or simply request this via our online ‘Contact Us’ form.

• Except as set out above, the Promoter will use any personal data submitted by the participant solely for the purpose of operating this Promotion and for no other purpose. To that extent, the Promoter may share such personal data with third parties involved with this Promotion. The Promoter will delete any personal data submitted by the participant after the end of the Promotion, save where the Promoter is permitted to retain it in order to comply with applicable law. A participant may exercise any of their rights under data protection law, such as requesting access to or the correction or deletion of his/her personal data, by contacting the Promoter.

JURISDICTION/APPLICABLE LAW

• This Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By participating, the participants agree that any and all disputes regarding this Promotion will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
