TERMS & CONDITIONS
ORCHARDWORLD ‘Apple Harvest Tour', gives you the rare opportunity to pick your very own delicious apples, and also the option to purchase some of our Stone, Citrus and Top Fruit within the range.
THE PROMOTER
The Promoter of the Apple Harvest Tour is OrchardWorld LTD, 790 The Crescent, Colchester, C04 9YQ (the “Promoter”). The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to this event whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
HOW TO BOOK & THE DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES
Bookings will begin on 5th September 2024 at 09:00hrs when our Apple Harvest Tour reveal date social media post goes up. Tickets are limited and subject to availability. The URL will also be available via our Instagram, Facebook and Twitter pages from 5th September 2024.

Once completed the booking form you will receive an automated email to confirm we have received your form and give you the following details:

Bank account details to make payments to

A unique reference number which will be your ticket number and needed as a reference upon payment so we can match payments up.

An email to confirm that you have made payment, along with the time slot booked and quantity of tickets bought so that we can return to confirm payment has been received.

Option to make a fruit hamper order for yourself and the rest of your group

We will confirm payment receipt within 48 hrs, except weekends. We will then contact you nearer the time with all the details and your tickets.

If you have purchased a ticket and no longer can attend, as long as you give 48 hrs' notice we will give you a refund.

The closing date for bookings will be 26th September 2024 or if we have exhausted tickets, whichever comes first. Ticket requests received after the closing date will be considered dependent on space/availability/time and resources.

The closing date for fruit hamper orders will be 26th September 2024. Fruit order requests received after the closing date will be considered dependent on availability/time and resources.

Simply go on to our Instagram, Facebook or Twitter pages (using the above links), they will have the link to take you to our website so you can book your tickets. You must complete all mandatory fields. To submit your entry, click the “Submit” button.

No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of entries.
APPLE HARVEST TOUR
The day consists of 1 x four and a half-hourly slot at 9.30am. The slot will have up to 17 spaces only. There is only one date planned for the Apple Harvest Tour due to the apple harvest being a short and busy time of year.

Visitors should arrive no later than 9.20 minutes before the time slot to allow for registration

The address will be given to you at the time you receive your ticket but will be located on the Essex/ Suffolk Border around the CO6 postcode. Upon arrival, you can park in the visitor's car park area.

Please bring your ticket with you on the day, and hand it over to the registration desk.

The participants take part in this experience at their own risk and to the fullest extent possible in law the Promoter accepts no liability concerning the event whatsoever. The Promoter will have no liability concerning the conduct of the event or their guest(s) nor in connection with any circumstances outside its control concerning the Event. The event is subject to the policies and Terms and Conditions of all third parties involved in the fulfilment of the Event.

The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the Event at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.

The participants must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

If you agree to subscribe to the OrchardWorld newsletter on the Website, you opt-in to receive communications from OrchardWorld containing newsletters or other marketing communications (“Opt-in Communications”). You can change your mind at any time by ticking the unsubscribe box on any Opt-in Communication you receive from OrchardWorld.

Except as set out above, the Promoter will use any personal data submitted by the participant solely to operate this Tour and for no other purpose. To that extent, the Promoter may share such personal data with third parties involved with this Tour. The Promoter will delete any personal data submitted by the participant after the end of the Tour, save where the Promoter is permitted to retain it to comply with applicable law. A participant may exercise any of their rights under data protection law, such as requesting access to or the correction or deletion of his/her data, by contacting the Promoter.
JURISDICTION/APPLICABLE LAW

This Tour will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By participating the participants agree that all disputes regarding this Tour will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Please note - the tour will take place on a farm, with mud tracks and uneven surfaces, please let us know if you have any health conditions or impairments in due course so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
